correct.
you have to apply for one on NVRAM / SSD / EMMC / BRU Replacement Program from konica minolta.
there has to be an open SSD ticket with konica where THEY approve the replacement first or the request is denied.
hope you work for a konica dealer in good standing....

There is now a part # for the "4" series SSD "9960P00H02D14P". This is probably not the same SSD but there should be a part # for the C308 SSD

I guess Kon/Min had to start selling as a part with many SSD's going bad.

There is a bulletin about changing the MFP & SSD pwb's. Using the reset firmware, etc.

The 8 series uses a totally different platform. No SSD like previous models.

Good to know. I've only sold a few low meter off lease "8" series so don't know the machine yet.

Figured since you posted "there has to be an open SSD ticket with konica" that it was similar to the "4" series and SSD.

Its not listed because the part needs to be requested with a reason why its being replaced.
Manual states "contact KM tech support if the board needs to be replaced".

So why do you need to replace it?
Did you put it in another machine?
