Display Keypad button

Hi all. Can anybody help me, not come across this before. I am working on a KM C227, go into counter screen to do stop 00 and all that to enter service mode, but the 'display keypad' button is not there in the top left of the screen as it usually is for me to enter service mode.

As i say, not come across this before, anybody know why this is?

In theory, click on Home> Counter and "Display numeric keypad".

Hi. No, 'Home - counter - and usually top left is 'meter count' and 'display keypad', but on this machine at customers it just has 'meter count' button. Rebooted machine to no avail, not come across this before, cannot access service mode.
