Hi!
I need some help !
I´m trying use the PS driver to print on bizhub PRESS 1052.

The paper size that I need to use is 320x240mm.

Problem is that the image rotate 90 degrees, so paper is configured correct on the machine,
no matter what it always print the image like the paper was configured 240x320mm.

Any help on this ?

thanks !

I configured the PCL driver the same way as the PS driver.

I´ll try some fixed format like SRA4 to see if works

Try it Landscape instead of Portrait. Or change width with height and vice versa. It's not that hard like rocket science, it's simple printer driver, with some trials and errors you will make it. Check printer specs and make sure this size is within them.

I tried it all. No success.

Seems to be a bug in the PS Driver with custom format.

Specs say 324mm width x 463mm length ... so technically possible. What tray are you selecting? Can you program the tray as 320x240 instead of 240x320? =^..^=

Have we determined yet if the paper is accepted as 320x240 in the tray and will copy? If yes, then its a driver issue. =^..^=
