TWN4 Card Reader on Bizhub 363

Hi there, can someone help me with a driver so that my TWN4 USB card reader can work on my Bizhub 363?

They would be the ones to ask because that's not the type or brand konica officially supports.

Since I am not a KM technician they will not give me the driver...

Konica publishes drivers for specific ones they support.
Which one is closest to yours?

I don't think KM is using this types of card readers, I know they are used with PaperCut, Equitrac or other management softwares and work on KM machines if they have the right driver.

i can give you the 201H driver but i only share files with contributors. not to be a d%#k, its just id like to see this forum become self supporting without the silly ads.

In order for a card reader to work on a KM device, you have to install a driver (LDD) that tells the device how to use the card reader. The 363 has support for the AU-201H (HID Prox) , AU-204H (mag stripe), and the RF Ideas AK0 (MiFare) reader. Nothing else will work unless you know how to build driver files..E

So you prefer to trust Elatec and PaperCut not techs here, many of them well known for their vast experience with KM boxes. It's up to you if want to risk and install wrong driver after becoming contributor.

I have seen a list of loadable drivers from KM Europe. There are Elatec drivers available for newer models but Bizhub 363 isn't listed.

Post a pic of the card reader back and front..If it's a re branded RF Ideas or HID maybe we can help..but again TWN4 is not listed as a supported reader.

OK I looked myself..this is an Elatec reader and KM does offer LDD for it..Unfortunately, support is for the latest A3/A4 devices. The 363 is not and never will be supported. If you were to try this LDD you would wind up with a non functioning MFP.
