Hi all,
Hope someone can help here.
I have a bizhub c350 and I am getting scratches in the print and non-print areas (see attached).
It may unrelated but I am also getting some sort of repeat marking (also see attached in the red and blue shirt)
I have cleaned all intake rollers with alcohol, the transfer belt and LPA assembly.
appreciate any help

appreciate any helpWhat is the condition of your fuser??? Look for any toner buildup at the point of entry that the paper goes in. Also check the fuser exit.

What is the repetitive interval? 96mm? =^..^=

Removed and checked fuser unit - found some debris in between rollers which had scored the rubber roller - cleaned everything down with alcohol. (pretty confident this was the issue)
replaced unit - tested and scratches were still present.
Repetitive interval - 125mm
transfer belt removed and cleaned with alcohol.
may have to start replacing parts :(
