i dont see a part number for that sensor looks like all in 1 unit what you can do is take the tiny clear cover off the front of the sensor and blow the dust out and switch it with the other one they are the same see if you get a different code , also how many prints on the trans belt and internal rollers ? developer and drum counts as well .

these dip switches will temporally get the machine running till you get sensors sorted out

25-5=1 color reg less percise for speed

will disable color reg adjust till you get sensors, reg may suffer
25-3=1
25-4=0
