So I'm having some hell trying to get this person's scanner back up and running. I'd like to get it set up to scan via FTP, and I would like to ideally use the konica's FTP utility. When I go to set up scanning, it wants the file path, and under the manual, its just showing "input a file path of the FTP server." Well, the konica's ftp utility does that for me. Do I still need to specify the path without it? Because without the path, its not working. Below is a link to the manual in which is shows vaguely what to put in for the file path. Fiery X3eTY2 65C-KM User Manual (Page 52 of 101) (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1158670/Fiery-X3ety2-65c-Km.html?page=52#manual)

Scan to SMB isn't working for some reason, but I chocked it up to typical Windows 10 and not being friendly with SMB

just scan to the fiery HDD and the users can download the scans from the fiery webpage.
you can even add a 2nd HDD make share folders and map the drive to users.
just RDC into the fiery and set it all up. 10 minutes work really.

Anytime I have set up FTP scanning I have simply used a forward slash / as the file path
