C368 C360i missing Export Account Track Counter in Pagescope

C368 and C360i
If I have account track turned on the Maint-Import/Export-Counter-"Account Track Counter" is missing in pagescope. How do I get it to show?
"user counter" does show if I turn on Authentication, but I dont want that, only account track.
