    Minolta Di1610 series.

I have to fill in some demand for lowest segment copiers and can get a bunch Off-Lease Di-1610(f)'s very cheap. Since most of the low segment Minolta's such as the Di-151 are crap with a big "C", I'd like to know if this is the same for the Di-1610.

Is the optional Scanunit SU-6 for the Di-1610f visible from the outside? Or in other words, can I see directly which machines are equipped with it?

1610 is almost identical 162 and 163. But can say i got 2 whit over 100k and 150k and definitely no problems whit them except standard pm(drum,dv,drum cleaner) while 162 and 163 did fall under 100k.
That wasn't been any big problem. It was like cof33 or cof32 error where u have to do f8 again and few other small problem.

U cant get bad with any of those machine ! almoust perfect! thumb up KonicaMinolta!

Everything is in side. U can see fax ports if it have fax.Su is on NIC card inside

I think you are not talking about the Di1610! It is a horrible little box, lots of problems with paper take up clutch. I would not recomend this box!
Please do not PM me without asking first.

Run as fast as you can from the Di 1610s. They are the second worst copier KonicaMinolta ever put into the market; the Di 151 being the worst in recent years, that is.

                  So what are the issues?

DI1610 / BH160 are better compared with DI151 or PP series. But there are a few problems, as Jan described very well. In my opinion they are not so worst, it depends what you will do with it. Don't ask too much from it and it will work ok.
