M6535 cidn vs M6630cidn

Have had a lot of trouble with the M6535cidn. Black drum getting the lines on it. Tried the Nucar Finish trick no joy. Had a customer call today to ask for it to be replaced and I don't blame her there colume is only about 3 k a month black and very little color. Want to go with something else if the 6630 is not a big improvement.

Guys, you have to look for the causes, not the fight with the consequences ...

Alternative toner? Or C grade paper?

The marks on the drums is a known problem with this model however there is a technical bulletin with a drum upgrade. I know Kyocera has/had a drum compensation program for this model. Might be useful to inquire at you distributor.
