Bizhub C7000 wrinkling paper.

Good morning everyone. I have a Bizhub C7000 crumpling A3 paper.
I believe it is in the fusion, but I already exchanged several pieces and without success.

I will send some pictures and explain myself. They are towards the exit of the paper.

A3 Face Up, Paper Curl Face Up.
A3 Face Down, paper curl face down.
Until the second transfer, the paper is perfect.
The ripples alternate in frequency, size and distance between them.
Parts exchanged.
ADU - FUSING UNIT - PAPER EXIT UNIT - DCPS1 - DCPS2 - ACDB - PRCB.

Firmware Upgrade to Version 40.

Any tips are welcome. Thank you

Do you have some FS attached to that machine or just OT?

I found that with certain firmware, the equipment works normal, but the engine (M55-Decurler motor) stays on after the end of printing. If you open and close the front cover, M55 stops. But after work is over, it gets back on. I am currently using the V30 firmware.

When I install the setting data list from another C7000, it crumples the sheet again.

Maybe it will help unravel the mystery.

hello
you can try and remove left cover of printer and take down exit rollers.
there are some one way gears that you can try cleaning and maybe you will get lucky.
also you can try to check left door on adu after fuser exit there is a sponge like roller on the door. maybe that one is out of place or bearings need to be replaced.

best of luck
