Hi, our copier 367 , when scanning to the folder ONLY in the Сompact PDF mode 300 dpi gives the code C-E301. In all other modes, the scan is excellent! Reset copier, firmware update, replacing the HDD did not help. We will be grateful for any advice. Thank.

Definitely sounds FW related, as with every major FW release they(KM) claiming some type of C-E301 error fixed.
First I would try it directly from my laptop to exclude any network related issues.

Latest special firmware ver. GP2-W4 resolves more than 10 instances of dreaded C-E301.
I would give it a try if not at that FW level.

agree latest FW, but if you look at the management list, it tells you why the C-E301 code occurs, then look at the read me file for the FW, it will tell you which C-E301 (sub code) it fixes, I've started to compile a list of C-E301 errors from the FW read me list
