problem is when i close the deck it says jam j-01. open and close deck reset for 5 seconds. no print or test sheets are being printed. the issue is the media bars stay red instead of turning green.if i remove the rolls they stay red and will not indicate jam. i have replace both set sensors and jam sensors for the deck. it will stay ready as long as the paper is not under set sensor. i have also reformatted the ips with the disk. all the bud soft switches are set the same as factory. even if you push the deck in it should change the bars to green for a few seconds. doesnt matter if one or both rolls are in. even if i mask every sensor in test mode soon as i close the deck it goes into jam. its not even suppose to use the sensors when masked.
