SMB Scanning with os x mojave

Hello,

Has anyone come across any issue with scan to folder when customers update to mojave? I currently have a customer who has updated and now there C364e will not work.

I have updated the firmware to GDK-M1, check all network/SMB settings and to eliminate the copier I have tried configuration the same destination on a different copier(C250i) and this works fine.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

You'll likely need to reconfigure their scans folder.

Thank you for your reply - I have checked the configuration on the share and everything looks fine, I've even tried creating another share just in case to no avail. It looks like the problem is isolated to the 4 Series as the i range is working fine.

Check your FW update readme file, I have found this:
''For Mac OS 10.x, ScanToSMB and Browsing are not supported with SMB2.0.''
