Has anyone used Vertiv's Starbrite digital paper? Especially the 60# or 70#? We have a terrible time with jogging issues through the main exit tray.

60# to 70# what? Bond, Offset, Book, Cover, Tag, Index, Points, gsm? Take a look at the label.
What level of gloss?

What model of Konica Minolta are you trying to stuff it through? =^..^=

Offset paper, It's such crap they don't list a GSM on the box. uncoated paper.

We have both an 1100 and a 6100.

60# to 70# offset is ~90 to 105gsm .

The 90gsm should be able to run as Plain paper.
The 105gsm should be able to run as Thick1.

I don't believe that you mentioned what media type you have set for the tray.

You should have no trouble running 90 - 105gsm uncoated paper ... with the correct media type settings. This not particularly heavy paper.

When the correct media type is not set, you'll discover poor fusing especially towards the center of the page, on longer runs, and in areas of heavier fill.

Oh, did you say jogging issues? I don't suppose that it's an FS-532? Take a look at the static eliminators above the paper exit of the finisher. Let's see if I have a photo:

It's considered normal wear & tear. I installed the center piece 2mm lower than the original, for better contact with the paper. =^..^=
