( 2 X ) Bizhub C754e - GREYSCALES --> CYAN !!!! ????

hello

recently, i've 2 copiers at the same time with the same Quality Default.

When I print Demo Page with the little bird, ---->> Greyscales are Cyan.
When I print Gradation Adjust Patern in SERVICE MODE ---->> Greyscales are Cyan too.

Firmware : G20-M0
1st copier 600 000 BW prints 180 000 Colour Prints
2nd copier 250 000 BW prints 400 000 Colour Prints


I've changed :
UI-711C
UI-711M
UI-711J
UI-711BK
and the Transfert Belt

But no result.

Somebody put cyan toner in place of black toner?
First thing come to my mind though i never seen that on the field. :)

Have you pulled out the Black Developer unit and looked at it? make a black only copy, what do you see?

what are you trying to print?

does it have ANY color on the page * in formatted file * ? ( if so it may be in "composite color mode"

the feet does not matter. only printer. if you change all i/u's and it did it right away then it seems electronic. dont think laser is culprit.

I have :D. Some of the generic toner bottles are not slotted so they can work on other models so they fit anywhere..
Will put money on that you are right.

Replaced the IU you say. Did it work OK for a bit?

You can change the Black drum all day, and problem won't change. The Developer unit is separate.:cool:

You are right,CMY is imaging units but black is separate DR/DV :)

Dear I recommend you check the black developing unit and the HV1 / HV2 / HV3 boards

I tried JUST to :

- Unplugged the UI-711 Cyan
- Reinsert the UI-711 Cyan

All is GOOD :confused: ( HOW LONG ..........)
I try this SOLUCE on 1 copier

Perhaps CONNECTORS of HV :confused:

If I help you, I think you should isolate the sockets and measure the continuity of the wiring that goes to the HV boards.
