this machine runs outta toner in the developer unit, without toner add light coming on! I have replaced Dev unit, still no luck, im starting to think Main board just wanted to get another opion.

Yeah, the main PWB make the most sense if toner is never being added to the developing unit and you don't get an Add Toner indication. What happens when you run U130? Does it fill the developing unit? Can you run the toner motor in U030? =^..^=

I would check the connector on the front of the DV, if that harness got pinched/damaged it would cause an issue like that.
