Customer brought this in after he worked on it. Unit is not printing Magenta. He installed a new Laser which didn't fix anything. I removed and checked the Transfer Belt and the High Voltage, but both look good. The cartridge is rotating so I believe it's a charge issue.

I had this issue just last week, transfer roller holder was broken in the transfer belt unit, roller was not making contact with the belt/drum thus blank prints of the one colour.
