help konica minolta c360 stripes on the printout

I am asking for help and giving the reason, the konica c360 printer only have stripes appearing on the printout in blue.The cyan drum, Magenta drum, transfer belt and transfer roller have been replaced.pictures attached.Please help

replace only the powder or the entire cyan assembly

Always the whole unit.
If there is any defect in the unit that caused it to deplete the developer you will be back again and finally just replace the unit.

Is the primary transfer belt cleaning properly? =^..^=

Same thought as blackcat, it's the transfer belt. Those are the calibration patches being smeared across the belt because the cleaning unit on the belt is not working properly.

Take out the transfer unit, remove the cleaning unit, vacuum it out clean the blade this may resolve the issue if the lines return order a new transfer unit.

Once like that you can scrap the cleaning blade. You can replace the blade with a 3de party blade but don't expect it to last long.
