I've got a Bizhub C452 that consistently jams at the same output point. I've attached a picture of where the paper gets stuck every time. When copying a single page just one paper gets stuck at that location, if attempting a feed test from the service menu then it'll jam up multiple pages, One right at the rollers, one at the fuser and one from the tray coming up so seems to just be backing up from getting stuck at this point. As seen in the pictures the unit was dusty, I cleaned up the area and wiped down the rollers to see if that helped but same issue. Looking for some further assistance diagnosing what I can do to fix the jam.

With the finisher disconnected / removed from the unit it'll still jam in the same position. I'll check about the bridge unit

Check the last sensor the paper passed and +1 for what jam code, basic information.

I have seen this once on bizhub C360 when one of FS connectors wasn't plugged into machine. Always jammed at same location. Check your finisher connectors and inspect them for bend pins.

There is just one connector from the finisher to the main unit, none of the pins seem to be damaged or bent.

The error code is 72-16 with jam locations 13 and 31 43692

Curious if you removed the bridge unit or not. It will jam with the bridge unit and the finisher disconnected.

Problem solved I went to remove the bridge unit and did actually find a loose connector and now there is no longer a jam
