Does anyone know if there is a way to reset the account track totals remotely? It doesn't appear on the web page. Didn't know if any utility allows it. Thanks.

If they have asked for it you might as well train someone over the phone. They are sure to ask again.
Remote panel is your other option.

They know how to do it from in front of the machine. The customer that wants to do it is not in the same city as the machine. Trying to do it from webpage. I don't think remote panel is available on the 552. Service manual doesn't mention it.

Yea your right the C552 does not support that, my bad.
Sure there must be someone at the machine.

Or just find the difference between readings.
