4052 image unit failed?

Hi, in a bizhub 4052 I had the customer replace the image unit in advance. The printer has 50k, but the customer reports that it is faded. I think of trying to replace with a new image unit and a new toner. Do you often miss these image units too?

4052 is Lexmark rebranded, all lexmark image unis have this problem.
