hello, I wanted to ask you if you ever managed to set up a gmail account (scan to email) without enabling in Google security settings: "allow less secure app access".

Is there a way to avoid disabling this option? For example, enabled SSL certificates or something similar.

thank you

I have tried both above methods on a Sharp mx 3060 and none worked for me, I always allow less secure apps and that works every time.

With double verification it cannot work. The printer logs in to Gmail and cannot receive text messages for verification.
