Hi all,

I have been working on a Bizhub C754 and I cant get anymore then 2- 3 from the tray 3 LCF, tray 4 prints perfect tray 3 isn't. I have changed the rollers, cleaned all sensors, cleaned feed rollers. In LC1, replaced the whole paper cassette drawer 3 with no luck. Anyone else come across this problem???

Hi have you tried to check with sensor check if everything is correct? Jam Code?

I chance cleaned all the sensors, there is no actual error just multiple jam locations and I need to clear them.

Are the jam codes set to display in the service mode? Even if they aren't you can check the codes in chronological order via the "Paper Jam History" in service mode.

Switch 11 bit 7 to 1 to get the jam codes to display on the copy screen.
Guess J-13XX would be in history.

Yes. under system 2 and software switch settings.
Refer to the manual.

Or just look for the display jam code option.

I tried uploading the image taken, however i keep getting errors to upload. but the machine displays sections jamming 1,2,3,11,13, and 12 as multiple sheet jams. its expected as its multiple pages printed however if i do multiple prints from paper cassette drawer 4 it works perfectly fine.
