Outlook requires the use of the second tray

Hello,
All PCs print correctly from Outlook but there is one with problems. He has Windows 7 and when he prints from Outlook, the printer wants to print A4 on the second tray (there's actually A3, then returns the error "Select paper size" on the display).


When I go to Outlook, even if I set Tray 1 or automatic, Outlook sets Tray 2 again. The setting is as if it were locked. I have also restarted the PC several times, without success

Either the driver or outlook is causing the problem. If MS picks the tray it does not matter what the driver is set for MS data will over ride the print driver.
