Hello,
All PCs print correctly from Outlook but there is one with problems. He has Windows 7 and when he prints from Outlook, the printer wants to print A4 on the second tray (there's actually A3, then returns the error "Select paper size" on the display).
When I go to Outlook, even if I set Tray 1 or automatic, Outlook sets Tray 2 again. The setting is as if it were locked. I have also restarted the PC several times, without success
