Did all adjustments, Swapped stapler and cincher with another unit (same issue), new staples. Left side is good, right side is off...


Any hidden adjustments? How much play should the cincher have?
Any wear items that cause play during stitching?

just posting a picture with NO EXPLANATION is no help to anyone and gets you red CARDS like you have noticed!

we swapped cincher and stapler from a parts machine, no change. Going to redo alignment over the weekend.

I battled this issue. The clincher needs adjustment. Replacing it wont help as adjustment screws are out of position. One adjustment "tilt/gap" i believe it is called....is in service manual under adjustment section...The other 2 adjustments which adjust the horizontal and vertical positioning of the clincher are actually found in the "clincher installation procedure" portion of the manual. So you will have to look in 2 places' Performing all 3 of these adjustments fixed my issue. This was done after replacing a clincher with no no luck.
