Hi everyone, i have a problem with c6500, after print 2000 cyan color file, cyan toner is charging too much, Dv unit cover, transfer belt are full of cyan. Cyan is coming out from backside fan. One new toner just printed 500 A5.
If you have faced this problem or know about this, please advise me.
Thanks

Toner is also genuine. I faced this after i printed a file that is 90% light cyan.

4388343884You can check the toner filter on the right side of the printer.

You can also check the time and amount of toner you are filling.

Did you do all adjustments after you replaced dv/drums?
also try to clean your color reg sensors and do all adjustments again , including color registration and gamma adjustments

best of luck

Glad you sorted out this but, what exactly was wrong with DV? Old/wrong developer, bad TCR sensor?

It was from magnet roller inside dv unit, the roller was charging more and spreading out. So when i changed the DV unit, problem gone.
