C360i drum scratch

Hello everybody,

I found the C360i drum unit has been easily been scratched with a dot or a small mark on the edge of it ( mainly CYMs, black is OK )
It matches on the edge of drum charge roller, and the color lines on printout as result.
The color counter is less than 1K.

There is experience for this issue?

Hi, what firmware does the C360i have? When was it purchased? Surely you can take advantage of the KM warranty, something may have gone wrong at the factory

I remember the F/W is initial one ( seems G00-09 ) and use from Summer time.
As your speech, I take the drums to KM for warranty claim, however, it seems a productive problem.

That G00-09 version is problematic. I advise you to upgrade at least to the G00-38. The G00-73 has recently come out


Also make sure there are no problems with toner recognition. There may be a change to make

I checked it is worked with F/W G00-23.
Until now, still don't know the reason why this issue occurs.
