Bizhub454e emulation error

I have this 454e connevted to a windiws pc, that copies fine, can fax normally, but when trying to print it comes up as error. Shows emulation error.
Machine has been reset to factory by a Konica rep that sold me the machine.
I tried to reinstall the drivers, using latest available. Firmware has been updated too.

If it can't print it is as good as a doorstop.

what kind of file? .pdf, .ps, .idd??
the exact driver name/version?
printing to IP or something dumb?

Have you looked at the emulation settings in the printer and in the driver? PCL, PS, XPS?
If the machine is set to PCL you cannot use a PS driver. Please look. =^..^=

Which driver installed? PCL6?

Try to put on stick and print from the machine as a test..

Also check the Account Track is off?
