TA 6002i low memory

Good morning, I have a customer who is getting a "low Memory" error.
Ive never seen anything like this. Any suggestions on what it could be or has anyone else seen this on this series? i did a search and came up with a post here same thing on a 4002i.. got some insight, but would like to reask for some fresh ideas. Thanks in Advance!

Here's something to try:

If remote services are turned on unplug the printer cable and restart the machine. Then go into maintenance mode 520/ on off configuration. Set to off and restart machine again.

This will turn off remote services. No need to do anything on the KFS website if you use this procedure. You can turn it back on later if you want in the web interface.

I updated the firmware, and that took care of it.
