Is it happens on all paper sizes and all trays or just that combination you already quote?
Did you try to clean registration roller?

Yes it happens on all paper sizes and all trays.

If you mean A03UR7C100, yes i clean this roller. I removed the whole section and checked it manually, the paper moves straight.

what did you replace on the reg unit?
i would take it back part and reinstall, something must be off...
there are springs that have to be clocked correctly.

run the test print on differnt stock? maybe bad paper?
run the test on 8.5x11 or A4 short edge first..
run the test on card stock (A4 AND A3)
looking to isolate the issue...
SEE WHAT GIVES...

I HAVE A USED GOOD REG UNIT IF YOU WANT TO BUY IT.
