Getting Paper jam in C454e With Error Code 30-03 in email and 11 on the machine.

Please find the pics and advise.

What was done, from which tray, etc. Try to provide more information than average enduser. I'm sure you can do more.

machine was working fine . My tech printed 200 books staple folder.
got one client to buy this printer. Bad luck my technician blowered And fully cleaned the printer since it is not working.

as mentioned earlier it was working 100% perfect

Please advise there something happened when he blowered and serviced

i have to deliver the printer tomorrow please help

from all tray same thing is happening

even the paper get wrapped on registration roller

did u see the photos

Have him check reg sensor, is it free moving? Arm and spring on place?

Also if paper makes it past fuser and jam between exit roller and fusing roller it may worth to check paper exit clutch harness or replace clutch: CL8 (p/n A161M20400)

Good advice. There is a bulletin addressing 30-03 for CL-8 being bad or dirty. Not sure but thought the 30-03 code was when only using tray 3 LCC?

Well I’d start by putting the transfer roller back in.

J30-03 jams are usually caused by CL8 and/or the exit sensor (in one case both). But I would definitely install a second transfer roller. You'll want one of those. =^..^=
