is the toner for this model?
Genuine OEM Toner - compatible ?

have you checked contacts in unit and on cart for clean straight contacts?

any TABS/packing materials removed improperly?

can you post service logs sheets?

what parts/pwbc have you swapped?

sorry Bro.. my Crystal Ball is on the fritz!

most konica have a calibration method, or procedure on them, its in tech mode, even if you swap out all drums it'll still be out of registry, so look for color calibration or drum registry

Just wondering...
Black is the reference on these models,
maybe black is correct and the 3 colors are out of spec?

Maybe I'm wrong ... but I think he means that he's not getting very good black density, not an issue with color registration. My guess is that the main issue is inaccurate translation.

I'm also guessing that he's not a technician since he makes no mention of calibrations, developer stir, error or jam codes ... or anything else that requires experience and a manual. I'm guessing he has neither. =^..^=
