FK 502 with ATA errors

Our Company has brought Multifunction Printer Konica minolta C353 with fax kit FK-502 and MK-711 Mount kit. We have an ip fax fine and using Cisco ATA converter to connect with analog fax machines.

The standalone fax machines are working with ATA device but the particular model doesnot reciving the incoming FAX but can send the fax. Error code is "R16"

I heard if can make baud rate below 9600 it may recieve. this issue facing in lot of officess in our place.. please assist to solve the issue

Konica Minolta's official answer to that would be get a dedicate analog line fore the MFP. As soon as KM machines detect any noise/interference on the line it just does sent the fax. Yes there might be a way to get it to work but there will always be an intermitant problem occuring.
