Did you go to u31 and see what switch is actually causing the issue? I have seen the same problem with the cover left of slit glass cause same problem.
Just a thought

None of the door switches appear in U031. We noticed that in addition to:

PCUSW paper conveying unit switch (Feed PWB 1: YC15 pins 1&3, YC1 pin23, YC6 pin42)(signal: INTER_LOCK)

also not reacting:
PCCSW (Feed PWB 2, YC4 pin 29)(Feed PWB 2, YC1 pin 29)(Feed PWB 2, YC6 pin 4)(signal: R_COVER_SW)
PFPCCSW paper feed conveying cover switch (PF Main PWB, YC5 pin 1&2) (signal: COVER_OPEN)
DUCSW duplex cover switch
first stage: (Relay PWB, YC1 pin6)(Engine PWB, YC6 pin47)(Feed PWB 1, YC14 pin13)(signal: DU_OPEN_SW)
second stage: (Engine PWB, YC6 pin47)(Relay PWB, YC1 pin 18)(signal: DU_OPEN)

Already changed: Engine PWB, Relay PWB, Feed PWB 1

Some possibilities?:
PF Main PWB 303NF94060
Feed PWB 2 (FPWB2) 302N494170
Ribbon Cable FFC Feed2: 302N446180
Ribbon Cable Wire SMT Power: 303NF46060

Our donor KM-8001i has all of these to offer.

Four hours later:
We know that all 24v2 DC voltages are gone. 24v1 voltages are present from the PS to the PF PWB 1. It's the job of the PF PWB 1 to distribute 24v2 (and it isn't).

Mostly out of desperation we tried PF Main PWB, PF PWB 1, PF PWB 2, all ribbon cables, and pinned out the harness and connectors from the relay PWB to the PF PWB 1.

The most recent theory (and no more plausable than the others), is that the IH PWB is killing the 24v2. It's about the only board we haven't changed yet. There is history of not-fusing issues that would come and go.
