Hi, I recently installed a bizhub C250i. On the spot no problem but a little while ago I received a call that came out FA-14 on the display. Usually I don't care about this code because it's usually only a temporary problem and the MFP reboots itself, resolving the code.
It has never happened to me on iSeries until now. Manual indicates CPU or Storage Board. But usually it's a generic code, so you never know the real reason for this code.
Has anyone appeared on iSeries? Unfortunately it came out shortly before closing, so I don't know if the code disappeared.
