Konica Minolta C280 Freezes

Konica Minolta C280 after Hour glass get freezes. Never changes.

What could be the reason.

Firmware/hard Drive?

I would try F/W first. Not sure if that model has the reset F/W? Maybe someone else can confirm.

Also power up with hdd disconnected and see what happens.

If you end up needing anything for this I have a working machine I'll be taking parts off to sell on ebay.

Firmware didn’t work.

Replaced the HDD. It’s working fine.
