hello all !
a customer got c3100p with 36k total counter. called for total black page on print. on visit i test printed counters etc and saw the page total black like 200 halftone and you could see the letters printed. opened the side door, the transfer roller was covered in toner. cleaned that, and after its own calibration printed fine for some pages then again the dark prints.
replaced the IU black 2 weeks ago, but got a callback that the problem is still there. if they open close the door some times the problem is gone for some prints but comes back.
any tips?
