Have customer (mortgage closer) that receive's mortgage packages threw email, letter and legal size paper.
Sometimes they receive a mortgage package that's not scanned properly, one page gets stuck or something and scans larger.
When printing from acrobat reader, the Bizhub will stop and says no matching paper size. (in middle of job)

If we remove the check from - choose paper source by pdf in Acrobat Reader - it prints all one size, need letter and legal to print.
Tried post script driver, firmware is up to date, unchecked and rechecked every check in admin settings and printer properties.
Their old Brother MFC machine doesn't stop it just scales it down and prints on letter size paper.
Anyone ever seen this before and know how to force the odd ball paper size to print on Bizhubs?

Thanks in advance
Bob

They don't let me take a credit, what should I do?

You should write your congressman and explain the situation of course.

In user, system settings, paper tray settings are all the trays highlighted? Is auto paper on? Is it set to swap trays priority?
Are the letter and legal trays set to plain paper?

[Utility][User Settings][Printer Settings][Basic Settings][A4/A3<- ->LTR/LGR Auto Switch

The print driver will have settings similar to this to force the paper size:
48505

A3/A4 switching takes care of EU detected sizes, but come on..If you need the job printed on the corresponding paper size you must choose "select paper by PDF size", and Fit to page. You can't expect the machine to account for a poorly scanned doc that thinks it's 11x17 or statement..E

Yes, I've come across it. Every once in a while in a title package a mis-scanned page is detected as C5 Envelope. The customer was kind enough to hold the document, and show me the specific page causing the issue. And there is not a thing that I can do. If you want it to auto tray switch to specific sizes, there must be a tray with C5 envelope available. The other choice is to print everything onto legal paper at 100% or print everything onto letter fit image.

It took me three visits of repeatedly documenting the issue, before the customer accepted this reality. Every once in a while a mis-scanned document will call for some obscure paper size. At that time, the enduser forces the specific page onto legal paper, and the printing resumes ... until the next time.
=^..^=

The question everyone was answering was posted almost a 1.5 years ago. I'm guessing they must have either figured it out or given up on it by now.

I was just having a bit of fun with the 2nd post but then when I scrolled up I reread the post and just tried to be helpful. I'm guilty of necro-posting.:p

I have not encountered such situations usually. When you go to a lawyer, he deals with all the documentation himself, so I do not know how to help you. You have to find a specialist who can take full responsibility for writing and creating such papers. He must know all the stamps, conclusions, and even how to draw up this or that document.
