Have customer that receives scanned email packages (mortgage documents) letter and legal size and prints them on a Bizhub C364e.
Sometimes documents are not scanned properly by her corporate office - sticks, jams etc. Which results in different size paper other than letter or legal.
The Bizhub will stop and request her to put proper paper size in bypass - usually happens in middle of package.
Firmware is up to date, tried PS driver, checked and unchecked every box I could.
Her old Brother mfp machine prints the odd ball paper size without a issue.
Anyone seen this before and know if I can somehow force the odd paper size to print?
