    Canon IR 3300i firmware issues

    The hard drive in our 2200i died yesterday and when i use the servtools and tell it to install the system from 2200in it says " selected firmware is different from type selected" "warning code 13" "sub code 11"

    What should I do?! any help would be great!

      turns out it was a rom chip that had failed, i replaced it and its working fine now.
