Hey all
I have been dealing with a BH C3350 that will not boot. It will initialize the scanner, heat up the fuser but then just sits there with a black display. The power button is blue but the start button stays orange.
I have disconnected the HDD, and fax and tried to restart with the same results. I replaced SSD board but that did not help. Has anyone had this issue. My next step would be MFP board.
If anyone has some advice that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Mfp and new ssd should fix it.

Dont use any of the old ssd’s you have as they are probably corrupted.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the display/control panel, wiggling the cables in the sockets a bit so they scrape. (While the machine is off obviously) And turn it back on again to see if it boots. I have had this issue with other machines.

It happened to me that an additional ram bank completely blocked the ignition of an MFP

I'm new to bizhub C3350. The one we just brought in boots up to blank screen on the initial power up and also does not connect to the network. If I power cycle a second time the machine boots up correctly. It boots up on the second power cycle every time. Otherwise everything works in terms of copying and network printing. Has anyone seen this problem?

I've only had this on one C-3350 and it ended up being the SSD for me..
