Bizhub 454e cannot print/copy

I've got a bizhub 454e that whenever you try to copy/print to the machine, it sits and thinks for a second but never actually passes paper. It will scan to email successful, just can't get paper to move through the machine. Nothing in the service history/no error codes related to the issue. Anyone seen this before?

Only thing I've seen even remotely like this is a machine that doesn't have PostScript installed, but someone tries to print using a PS driver. That would only affect printing though...wouldn't have anything to do with copying.

My first thought would be to reflash all the firmware.

You can also perform initialization / clear all data.


maybe some user control data is inhibiting these
services.


remembering that after booting, hdd disables,
being necessary to enable, update and configure network.

Sounds like consumables are over due and machine is set to Stop, less common but still happens.
Can you post Consumables page?
