Good morning guys.

I have 04 C364 in the field, with an average of 200k counter, which are making my hair fall.

They present the lines, so I perform the procedure and they disappear.
After a few days, they come back with the lines.

Have any of you been through this?
Any firmware that solves the case?

Thank you all.

Hello by chance also lose date/time?

Are you proceeding correctly with the installation process? The phenomenon should happen when you make a color copy but not when you send a scanner.

What firmware do you currently have installed?

What firmware do you currently have installed? The same procedure was done on 20 printers. Only 04 show this line error after a few days.

The firmware installed on all printers is the G20-72.

They have not lost their date and time settings.

Of these 04 printers, only one lost the meter. After the installation procedure, she fixed the new meter, only 72 pages.

IMG20190211230545 — imgbb.com (https://ibb.co/CJVFNq0)I thought about that hypothesis too. But the useful life of these batteries are very long. So I was in doubt.

These batteries make up the body of the NVRAM.

If they don't lose counter, I don't believe the battery would be the cause.

But I'll find out.

Yeah, it's just speculation although we think down the same line. Did you tried Clear All Data?
