Hello! I bought katun toners after first original toners. I had problem with katun chip. It didn't work and I changed with old original one and black cartridge shows %100 and all other toners shows same ink level, about %60 and no any change after 2.000 print. How can I fix it?

Buy original toners. Katun are ok if you use on a grocery store or the like.

Toner level shown issue is last one to consider when using aftermarket toners especially on color bizhub.
No, not saying by my experience just what I've heard.

Toner levels sometimes get high even with original toners. This is because there is no internal sensor that checks the actual amount of toner left.
You will see that the values will settle from the next replacement with original toner.

There is no toner chip on theses bottles genuine or fake.

So to reset the toner count remove the bottle from the machine run it until the machine asks for toner, then fit the used bottle back the counter will reset to full.
