Sounds like the your HDD is a goner. Replace it, re enable it in service mode. Perform a logical format and get your movie data ready.

If you are successful in the process, get a firmware error C-FA14. In some cases, you don't need to replace the HDD

Youb could try doing a physical format or replace the drive...

I have a C364e with C-D010. The MFP works only if you disable HDD. Otherwise C-D010 comes out and I have already replaced HDD, formatted and rwritten the firmware.
This happened after the plug was brutally unplugged without turning off the printer. If it's not an HDD problem, it's an MFPB problem. I hope it is not the same thing because FA14 is very generic.
