Hi, has any of you happened that the customer does the SMB scan and the files are waiting? It happens a few times, not always.
I waited 10 minutes but the MFP did not return any errors. It remained on "Waiting". After turning the main switch off and on again, the SMB scan is restarted.
In any case, they managed to print without problems.
