i have a brand new Bizhub 4050i who comes with a C - 5604 right after startup.

There is no discription in the Manual about that .

Any ideas ?

Yes indeed I also can't find info about it.
Try to run full self-diagnostics and start from there.

Hello,

it seem that the problem comes from the Mass storage Board.

Its not possible to install it or even deactivate it.

I just ordered a new one.

Hi Folks,

after spending a couple of Hours i still have the C 5604.

I changed

PWB
Storage Board
BASEBOARD

FW Version 79 is installed.


The Code comes right after startup even bevor any Initialisation has started.

It could be some pinched wiring if you replaced everything. Have you tried contacting KM?

Hello,

no i dont have an Direct Contact to KM.
For execute a CALL i need to go to an other Dep in our Company.

Pinched Wiring is possible,but its even more difficult to find IT !

The Self-Diagnosis tells me that everything is OK ( ? )

Error Code C-5604

C-5604 shows on a problem that is called "PH configuration error".

The problem is that the Print Head information that the Engine has and the PH information that is actually set, do not match.
Boards that belong to the system are not installed.
Please return the original boards back to the system

Thanks, but did ‘t you have the problem before changing any boards?
And is it possible to change the print head info?
