Since "there is no controller" we Cannot access to the machine other than by using its own display.

It is an onboard controller, (ic-603), when the machine is ON the controller is ON.

It is an onboard controller, (ic-603), when the machine is ON the controller is ON.

From what blackcat4866 said, this print controller has 2 seven segment LED displays side by side somewhere on the controller (usually found on the back of the controller or on the motherboard) that indicate its status, if it's not showing "00" after a few seconds since pressing its power button, then something is wrong with it.

I am unfamiliar with this print controller, so I can't help you locate them...

Dear sir.
Konica minolta accurio press c2060L come completely closed. You put ON the machine, the controller automatically is working. You don't even have to think about it. It's an inside part of the machine. There is no led to check no button to push... Untill I got the error "controller unconnected" or "controlleur débranché".
I think you all are thinking about some kind of fiery standing outside the machine. NO it's not like that.
I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of touching screen to reconnect it. Because all test pass and the machine is even able at this time to make copy and scanning. Only the printing, that is vitale for me, is not working because of the message "controller unconnected".

Try accessing the controller following what the manuals says: Accessing PageScope Web Connection (https://manuals.konicaminolta.eu/AccurioPress-C2070-C2070P-C2060/EN/contents/id02-_102707433.html)

What did you do with the device before you received the message?

Perhaps you were flashing the firmware?

I don't know how to flash a firmware.
Is there a solution ?
Do I have to prepare myself for buying a new printer ?
Would you please help me get out of all this ?

bouba, stop crying like baby and tell us what have you done to this machine. If you want it back we need much more than nonsense you posted.

Permit me to state what everyone else is thinking...
and I say this as someone who is ultimately an end user who does his own maintenance, but over the years has spent an obsessive amount of time reading the theory manuals, field service manuals, parts manuals, for each machine we've had...
...know when you're out of your depth, bite the bullet in terms of cost and get an experienced tech to come and have a look.

You're running a minimal setup with the basic onboard fiery, very few of us come across your fiery combinations - I didn't even know these existed until your post - as most production machines are installed into an environment that requires a production quality fiery and features. If the internal fiery isn't connecting that's definitely a job for someone who knows these rare fiery setups.

Good luck
